Benefits describes the benefits due to activities in the Schiphol airport, the Netherlands.

Description

For a full cost-benefit-analysis we would need to describe all benefits of the airport. We at USTUTT cannot provide a method to determine all the benefits including social and economic benefits.

What we could do instead, is comparing different scenarios and express the benefits as avoided external costs from one scenario to the other.

Nevertheless I will search for more information if I find the time.

⇤#1: : There is actually no need to evaluate all benefits of airport activity. We should define certain policy options (i.e. scenarios) that we look at.
