Explanation of parameters:
- translate: shows a top bar with explanation about the Google translator
- translate_c: does not show the top bar
- u: URL (parameter {{{1}}} in the template; obligatory)
- text shown on page (parameter {{{2}}} in the template; default T({{{3}}}) )
- sl: source language (parameter {{{3}}} in the template; default: ar)
- tl: target language (parameter {{{4}}} in the template; default: en)
- hl: user language for e.g. the top bar (parameter {{{5}}} in the template; default: en)
