Help:Heande structure

Heande structure describes the structure of the contents of the website Health, the Environment, and Everything. The structure is based on two different things that we try to combine seamlessly. First, the structure of the open assessment method, which is the theoretical basis for the website. Second, the structure and functionalities of Mediawiki software, which is the practical basis for the website.

1. Objects used in the method (objects with a predefined standard structure)
   1. Product objects (objects that describe some real-world phenomena)
      1. Assessments: Located in the Assessment namespace (?)
      2. Variables: Located in the Variable namespace
      3. Classes: Located in the Category namespace (or Class namespace?)
         1. Common properties (properties shared by all items in a class): Located in the Template namespace
      4. Discussions (formal): Located in the Talk namespace of the respective substance page
      5. Contributions: Located in the Blog add-on (not yet existing)
   2. Process objects (objects that describe information processes during the assessment work): Located in Process namespace (?). The classification of process objects is based on convention and has no deeper methodological meaning.
      • Assessment-specific processes (e.g. rules for performing a benefit-cost analysis)
      • Step-specific processes (e.g. models for estimating exposures or dose-responses)
      • Variable-specific processes (e.g. elicitation of expert judgement)
2. Objects not used in the method (objects without a predefined standard structure)
   • Encyclopedia pages (general information about anything related to environment or health): Located in the Main namespace
   • Non-formal discussions: Located in the Talk namespace of the respective substance page
   • Description and management of Heande users: Located in the User namespace
   • Project management issues related to Heande or to projects that use Heande as their website: Located in the Heande namespace
   • Instructions about using the methods, tools, and functionalities in Heande: Located in the Help namespace
   • Images and other files: Located in the Image namespace
   • Technical issues about running Mediawiki: Located in the Mediawiki namespace
   • Templates for table formatting, repeated text blocks and others: Located in the Template namespace
   • Categorization of pages: Located in the Category namespace
