ICT PSP 3bis is a project call in the EU by DG INFORMATION SOCIETY AND MEDIA, ICT Policy Support Programme, Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme.

A plan for an application

• Potential partners:
  • THL. Why? THL has developed and maintains Opasnet, a website for enpowering citizens in decision-making.
  • Rotary International (possibly not eligible), or a national organisation such as Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland
    • Why? Rotary has a strong motivation to improve the world by improving policy, see e.g. Rischard's talk and a partnership with the UN.

  • Scouts of Finland have also something (although little) like climate change activity.
  • Developers of Ilmasto webpage
  • We need also politicians/Parties. Possibly from the European Parliament?
  • We need also SMEs.

• Topic: Climate change
• Main idea: Have the discussion after the Copenhagen COP-15 meeting to be organised into a useful format for further decision-making. The discussion is open but mainly driven by the participating organisations.
