The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) calculated an oral cancer slope factor (CSF) for 2,3,7,8 - TCDD (the most toxic dioxin compound). This CFS equals to 156000 (mg/kg bw-d)^-1 and represents the upper 95^th percentile estimate of the probability of developing cancer per unit intake of chemical over a lifetime.
