Summer cottages and agricultural buildings are not mainly included in this statistic of building structure in Finland.
Classification of buildings with purpose of use is mainly determined by what is the main part of floor area used. After year 2000 regular inhabited freetime buildings are also classified as "erilliset pientalot".

Fractions of own, district and electricity heating (in table 2) is used in Bioher model as fuel type of other calculation: see table 1 in
