Following the methodological guidelines of the [http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:32002L0049:EN:NOT Directive for Environmental Noise], and implemented as described in detail in the [http://www.hel.fi/wps/wcm/connect/a78466804a17225a960ffe3d8d1d4668/Julkaisu06_07net.pdf?MOD=AJPERES report] from the noise consulting company Akukon Ltd.
