Argumentation: ←1: Probably it could be possible to use also ash produced by MSWI? In Elimäki new factory was started where they produce forest fertilizer from the ash, which means that ash is not waste any longer but can be used (in case it is clear enough to be spread on the ground). --Sanna ←2: Indirect effects on economy: increasing employment rate affect on births?; values of property will decrease/stay the same level?
